Born and raised in the Philippines, Aleah graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management before relocating to the United Kingdom and making Devon her home in 2020.

With a professional background spanning social media, digital marketing, hospitality and operations management, Aleah has developed a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to build, manage and grow a business.

Throughout her career, Aleah has developed a passion for supporting businesses, recognising that sustainable growth requires more than just a strong online presence. It also comes from having the right strategies, efficient operations and a clear understanding of what makes a business stand out.

Driven by this vision, she founded A.W. Growth Solutions Ltd, a creative marketing and business growth agency dedicated to helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) strengthen their brand, increase visibility and unlock their full potential.
